This will save you from typing the same thing
again and again. Or doing a laborious copy-and-paste
operation repeatedly.
Just type it once in Word or a simple text
editor like NotePad, then copy it into TypePilot
and choose a set of keys that you will use
to auto-insert this message (they call it
a "keyword").
Then any time you type the keyword, it is
automatically replaced by your saved text.
The replacement text can be as short as a
URL or as long as... (actually I haven't found
any size limitations).

Tip: You won't want to trigger
TypePilot with any of your ordinary typing,
so you might do what I do. I use /// at the
start of all my keywords. An example: ///ezinetemplate
will instantly type the standard header and
footer which I use for my newsletters. Or
///sig will type my email signature in any
document that I have open at the time. In
this screenshot,
the keywords do something different -- they
all start with ttt which also do not appear
in normal words.
This second screenshot gives you an idea
of how it can help you with frequently typed
content:

You can have it auto-insert the current date
and time into your messages, for example.
If you select 'Start with Windows' in the
settings panel, it will load every time
you open Windows - that way it will always
be available. Or you can untick that option
and only activate TypePilot when you need
it.
The TypePilot icon
sits in your tray when it's loaded.
